What we hold, and why

If you apply to the ARK Angels network, we collect the details you type into that form: your name, email, location, social handles, niche, audience size, portfolio links, equipment, rate expectation and anything you write in the notes.

If you send us a message through the contact form, we receive your name, email and the message itself.

We do not ask for identity documents, ID numbers or payment card details. Vetting here means “is this a good fit” — nothing more.

To review your application, to decide whether to invite you into the network, and — if you join — to match you to campaigns and pay you. That's the whole list.

We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers.

The ARK Agency team. Client brands see the work you deliver and, where relevant to a campaign, your public creator profile — never your contact details or rate expectations without you agreeing first.

Applications we've declined are kept only so we don't re-review the same person by accident, and are removed on request. Active Angels' records are kept for as long as you're in the network, plus what we need for our own records afterwards.

If we take you off the roster, your records stay for 90 days before being deleted, so we can put things back if it was a mistake. During that time you can't sign in and you won't be given work. After 90 days it's deleted permanently.

Email [email protected] from the address you applied with and ask us to delete your data. We'll erase your application, your creator record and your sign-in — and confirm when it's done.

Asking us to delete your data doesn't wait out the 90 days above. That window is a safety net for our own mistakes, not a delay we apply to your request.

Where you've done paid campaign work with us, we keep the minimum record of that work itself with your personal details stripped out, because we're required to account for it.
